A Gig Harbor car service built around the airport run
Gig Harbor Limo Service is a licensed, insured chauffeured transportation company working the Kitsap and Olympic peninsulas since 2010. Most of what we do is airport and cruise transfers. The limousines and party buses came after.
- Licensed and insured in Washington
- 25+ vehicles across nine classes
- 5-star rated on Google
- Dispatch staffed 24/7
Who is Gig Harbor Limo Service
Gig Harbor Limo Service is a licensed and insured chauffeured ground transportation company based in Gig Harbor, Washington, operating since 2010. We serve twenty communities across Pierce, Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson and Clallam counties, from Wollochet and Fox Island through Bremerton, Silverdale and Poulsbo to Port Townsend, Sequim and Port Angeles.
The core of the business is airport and cruise transportation: door-to-door transfers to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Boeing Field and the Seattle cruise terminals at Bell Street Pier 66 and Smith Cove Pier 91. That accounts for roughly seven in ten bookings, which is why dispatch is staffed overnight rather than during business hours. Alongside it runs a fleet of more than 25 vehicles across nine classes, including stretch limousines and party buses for weddings, proms and group celebrations. Reservations are taken online or by phone on 253-333-0265.
Assigned the night before, not at midnight
Every booking is assigned to a named chauffeur and a specific vehicle before the day, rather than allocated at the last minute to whoever happens to be free. That is the difference between a booking that holds and one that quietly gets reassigned at midnight.
It matters most on the airport lane. A 4am pickup for a 6am departure only works if the chauffeur was assigned the night before, the vehicle was fuelled and staged, and somebody is awake in dispatch watching the flight board. We run that way because it is the majority of our volume, not an afterthought bolted onto a party bus company.
The practical result is that when a flight lands 40 minutes early or sits on the tarmac for an hour, the pickup time moves before you have cleared the jet bridge, and nobody charges you for the difference. Airport arrivals carry 30 minutes of complimentary wait time; every other pickup carries 15.
- Chauffeur named before the date
- Vehicle staged, not scrambled
- Flights tracked from pushback
- Pre-dawn pickups are routine
Twenty-five vehicles, nine classes
From a two-passenger premium sedan at $100 an hour to a thirty-passenger party bus. Every class is listed with its rate, minimum and capacity.
Six things we hold ourselves to
None of these are unusual promises in this industry. The difference is whether a company is structured to keep them, which mostly comes down to how bookings are assigned and whether anyone answers the phone at 4am.
Personalised, not packaged
Every booking is built around your schedule, your group and your route rather than a fixed package. Vehicle choice, timing, stops and pickup points are all set by you when you book.
Transparent pricing
What you are quoted is what you pay. No hidden fees, no surge multiplier on prom night or New Year, no surprise add-ons. Chauffeur, fuel, taxes and tolls are all in the number you see before you confirm.
On time, every ride
Dependability is the product. Chauffeurs arrive ahead of the scheduled time, and airport arrivals are monitored flight by flight so the pickup moves with the aircraft rather than with the booking form.
Compliant vehicles, trained chauffeurs
The fleet is maintained on a scheduled inspection programme and commercially insured. Chauffeurs are licensed, background-checked and trained in defensive driving and hospitality before a first passenger.
One standard across the fleet
Interiors are cleaned and sanitised between trips, not at the end of the day. A vehicle that would not pass inspection does not leave the yard, which is part of why we run more vehicles than we dispatch on an average night.
Continuously improving
We read every review, track where trips run late, and retire vehicles before they become a reliability problem. Feedback from a bad airport run changes the routing rules, not just the apology.
Chauffeur and vehicle standards
Plenty of operators use the phrase “licensed and insured” without saying what it covers. This is the specific standard every chauffeur and every vehicle is held to.
Chauffeurs
No chauffeur carries a passenger until all of the following are complete, and licences are re-verified on renewal.
- Valid Washington commercial driver’s licence with the endorsements for the class of vehicle driven
- Background check cleared
- Driving record reviewed
- Defensive driving and hospitality training completed
- Subject to our drug and alcohol testing policy
Vehicles
Every vehicle runs a scheduled maintenance and inspection cycle and carries commercial liability insurance.
- Scheduled maintenance and safety inspection cycle
- Commercial liability insurance on every unit
- Cleaned and sanitised between trips rather than at the end of a shift
- Withdrawn from service rather than dispatched if it would not pass inspection
Washington State law requires an appropriate child restraint for children under eight years old. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available as paid add-ons; the seat is supplied by us and installed by the parent or guardian, who remains responsible for checking that it is correctly fitted and suitable for the child. Trained service animals travel free of charge under the ADA and need no advance notice. Full detail in our terms and conditions.
Six service lines, one fleet
Every service line below is dispatched by the same team to the same standard. The vehicle changes; the standard does not.
Airport and cruise transfers
Sea-Tac and Boeing Field, plus the Seattle cruise terminals at Bell Street Pier 66 and Smith Cove Pier 91. Flights are monitored in real time so your chauffeur is kerbside when you land. This is the majority of what we do.

What you need to hand
Pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passenger count and luggage count. For airport arrivals, the flight number, which is what lets dispatch track the aircraft rather than guess at a pickup slot. If your address is on a private lane or shared drive, tell us then rather than on the day.
What happens next

Frequently asked questions
Are you licensed and insured
Yes. Gig Harbor Limo Service is licensed to operate for-hire passenger transportation in Washington State, and every vehicle carries commercial liability insurance and is maintained to state safety standards. Every chauffeur holds a valid Washington commercial driver’s licence with the endorsements for the class of vehicle they drive, clears a background check and a driving-record review, and completes defensive driving and hospitality training before carrying a passenger. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
How long have you been operating
Since 2010, working out of Gig Harbor. The business was built around airport and cruise transfers, which still account for roughly seven in ten bookings, and the limousines and party buses were added after that. It is the reason dispatch is staffed overnight rather than during business hours, and why a two in the morning pickup is a routine booking here rather than an exception.
What areas do you serve
Twenty communities across five counties. Gig Harbor, Wollochet, Swede Hill, Canterwood, Shore Acres, Sunrise Beach, Fox Island, Olalla and Purdy on the peninsula; Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island and Kingston in Kitsap; and Belfair, Shelton, Port Townsend, Sequim and Port Angeles further out. Destinations include Sea-Tac, Boeing Field and the Seattle cruise piers.
Do you offer airport transportation to Sea-Tac
Yes, and it is the largest part of what we do. The Gig Harbor to Sea-Tac run is roughly 26 miles and 40 to 55 minutes, from $125 one way in a premium sedan. Flights are tracked in real time from pushback at the origin gate, so the pickup moves with the aircraft. Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time, and meet and greet at baggage claim with a name board is a $50 add-on.
What types of vehicles do you have
Nine classes across more than 25 vehicles: premium and luxury sedans, a luxury SUV, a Sprinter van, Lincoln, Chrysler, Cadillac and Hummer stretch limousines, and party buses seating 20 to 30. Hourly rates run from $100 for a premium sedan to $300 to $350 for a party bus. The fleet page lists every rate, minimum and capacity.
How does your pricing work
Two ways, depending on what the vehicle is doing. Hourly where the chauffeur waits with you, priced per vehicle against a minimum booking, starting at $100 an hour for a premium sedan with a two-hour minimum. Point to point for airport and cruise transfers, quoted as a single fare with no minimum, so a 45-minute run is not billed against two hours. Either way the number is confirmed before you book and includes the chauffeur, fuel, taxes and tolls. There is no surge pricing on any date.
What is your cancellation policy
Airport and cruise transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Hourly bookings, limousine and party bus hire can be cancelled free of charge up to one week before, which is also when payment falls due, so a cancellation before that point is made before any money changes hands. Full detail is in our terms and conditions.
Do you provide child seats
Yes, as a paid add-on, and they must be requested at the time of booking with the child’s age and weight. Infant and toddler seats are $25 each and boosters $20, charged in each direction on a round trip. The seat is supplied by us and installed by the parent or guardian, who remains responsible for checking that it is correctly fitted and suitable for the child. You may also supply your own. Washington law requires a restraint for children under eight unless the child is 4 feet 9 inches or taller.
Do you have an office I can visit
No. We are a service-area business with no walk-in office or public lot. Every trip is door to door, with the chauffeur meeting you at your home, hotel, venue or terminal. Reservations are handled online, by phone on 253-333-0265, or by email at info@gigharborlimo.com. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day.
How far in advance should I book
Forty-eight to seventy-two hours for an airport transfer or a standard point-to-point ride. Two to four weeks for weddings, proms, bachelorette parties and large group events, and earlier again in peak season between May and October. The long runs out to Port Townsend, Sequim and Port Angeles are worth booking further ahead than a Gig Harbor pickup, because they commit a vehicle for most of a day. Same-week bookings are often possible, so call 253-333-0265 to check.
Reserve your vehicle
Quote your trip online in about two minutes, or call and a dispatcher will build it with you. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
