Gig Harbor Limo operates nine vehicle classes across a 25-plus vehicle fleet: a Premium Sedan at $100 per hour, a Mercedes S-Class Luxury Sedan at $125, a Cadillac Escalade Luxury SUV at $150, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van at $175, Lincoln, Chrysler, Cadillac and Hummer stretch limousines from $175 to $250, and party buses from $300 to $350.
Hour minimums run from two hours on the sedans up to five on the largest vehicles. Airport and cruise transfers are quoted point to point as a single all-in fare instead of hourly, so a 45-minute Sea-Tac run is not billed against a two-hour minimum. Size by luggage first for airport work and by headcount for everything else. If you fall between two classes, take the larger one, since luggage limits are enforced at pickup.

Perimeter lounge seating, premium audio and colour-programmable lighting for birthdays, concerts and large group celebrations. Sized between twenty and thirty passengers depending on the unit, which is why the rate is a range.
Premium Sedan. The cheapest way to reach the airport with a chauffeur, and the shortest minimum in the fleet at two hours.
Luxury Sedan. Same two-hour minimum, a larger cabin, and the vehicle we put on corporate accounts.
Luxury SUV. Six seats and six bags. This is the single most common mistake we correct at booking, where four travellers with four suitcases pick a sedan.
Sprinter Van. The only vehicle that carries ten passengers and ten bags at the same time.
Lincoln or Chrysler Stretch at ten, Cadillac Stretch at sixteen. All three carry five bags at most.
Hummer Stretch or Party Bus. Above sixteen there is no other option in the fleet without running two vehicles.
When in doubt, size up. Luggage limits are enforced at pickup, and a vehicle that cannot take the bags means an extra vehicle at short notice. Tell us the passenger and bag count when you book and we will confirm the fit.
Every vehicle is owned, commercially insured and maintained on a scheduled inspection cycle. A unit that would not pass inspection does not leave the yard, which is part of why we run more vehicles than we dispatch on an average night.

Child seat fees apply in each direction on round trips. Washington State law requires a child restraint for children under eight years old, and seats are fitted by the chauffeur before pickup. Trained service animals travel free of charge.

Both classes have more than one unit with different passenger configurations. The Hummer stretch is set up for either fourteen or twenty passengers, and party buses run from twenty to thirty seats. For guests of legal drinking age, alcohol is typically allowed in our limousines and party buses, subject to Washington State law and company policy. It is never permitted for passengers under 21, including on prom and school event bookings. Tell us your plans when you book so we can confirm what applies to your reservation.
For airport transfers and standard point-to-point rides, 48 to 72 hours is comfortable. For weddings, proms, bachelorette parties and large group events, book two to four weeks ahead to secure your preferred vehicle, and earlier again during peak season between May and October. The larger vehicles and prom weekends sell out first.
