Limousine and party bus rental in Gig Harbor
Gig Harbor Limo is based in Gig Harbor, Washington and runs a fleet of more than 25 vehicles across nine classes: premium and luxury sedans, a luxury SUV, a Sprinter van, Lincoln, Chrysler, Hummer and Cadillac stretch limousines, and party buses seating 20 to 30. Event work is booked by the hour with a minimum: sedans from $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum, stretch limousines from $175 to $225 with a four to five-hour minimum, and party buses at $300 to $350 with a five-hour minimum. Airport and cruise transfers are priced point to point instead, so a short run is not billed against a minimum.
Everything up to 14 passengers is our own vehicle with our own chauffeur. Above 14 passengers we work with UTC-licensed partner operators we use regularly, and we will tell you which applies when you book. Common bookings are weddings and bridal party transport, prom and graduation, birthdays and nights out, casino runs and tasting tours, corporate travel and airport and cruise transfers. Pickups are door to door across the harbour, Canterwood, Rosedale, Artondale, Wollochet, Purdy, Fox Island and the Key Peninsula. Call 253-333-0265.
Nine classes, and what each one is for
The full list with hourly rate, minimum booking, seating and luggage in one place, because the choice usually comes down to two numbers nobody publishes together: how many people, and how many cases.
| Vehicle | Seats | Bags | Hourly | Minimum | From | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium Sedan | 2 | 2 | $100 | 2 hours | $200 | Airport runs, a night out for two |
| Luxury Sedan | 3 | 3 | $125 | 2 hours | $250 | Executive travel, elopements, client pickups |
| Luxury SUV | 6 | 6 | $150 | 3 hours | $450 | Families with luggage, small groups, getaway car |
| Sprinter Van | 10 | 10 | $175 | 3 hours | $525 | Tasting tours, guest shuttles, cruise parties |
| Lincoln Stretch | 10 | 5 | $175 | 4 hours | $700 | Weddings, prom, the classic limousine look |
| Chrysler Stretch | 10 | 5 | $200 | 4 hours | $800 | Weddings and formals wanting something different |
| Hummer Stretch | 14–20 | 5 | $200–250 | 5 hours | $1,000 | Big groups travelling light, prom, birthdays |
| Cadillac Stretch | 16 | 5 | $225 | 5 hours | $1,125 | Large bridal parties who want one vehicle |
| Party Bus | 20–30 | 2 | $300–350 | 5 hours | $1,500 | Guest shuttles, birthdays, when the ride is the point |
The starting figure in the last column is the hourly rate multiplied by the minimum hours, before gratuity. Higher rates and longer minimums apply on peak dates: Friday and Saturday nights, prom season in April and May, December, New Year's Eve, and large event weekends. Your quote confirms the exact rate and minimum for your date, and it is held once you book. Full detail and photographs on the fleet page.
Seats and bags are two different questions
A Lincoln stretch seats ten and takes about five cases. A Sprinter van seats the same ten and takes ten cases. If your group is heading to a cruise pier or an airport, that difference decides the booking, and it is the single most common sizing mistake we see.
Party buses and stretch limousines are built for people rather than luggage. For a wedding or a cruise party we will often pair one with a Sprinter or an SUV for the bags rather than trying to make one vehicle do both jobs badly.
Which vehicle for how many people
Start with the headcount, then adjust for luggage and for whether the ride is meant to be part of the occasion. Passenger capacity is a legal limit rather than a guideline, so a group of eleven cannot travel in a ten-seat vehicle regardless of how well everyone knows each other.
| Group size | Vehicle | Minimum booking | Per person |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 2 | Premium Sedan | $200 | $100 |
| 3 | Luxury Sedan | $250 | $83 |
| 4 to 6 | Luxury SUV | $450 | $75 |
| 7 to 10, with luggage | Sprinter Van | $525 | $53 |
| 7 to 10, for the occasion | Lincoln Stretch | $700 | $70 |
| 11 to 16 | Cadillac Stretch | $1,125 | $70 |
| 14 to 20 | Hummer Stretch | $1,000 | $56 |
| 20 to 30 | Party Bus | $1,500 | $60 |
| More than 30 | Two vehicles, one timeline | Quoted together | Depends on the mix |
Per-person figures assume the vehicle is full at its minimum booking, and rise if it is not. The Hummer is calculated at 18 passengers and the party bus at 25. If your group is likely to grow after you book, tell us early and we will place you in a class with room rather than one you will outgrow. Two-vehicle bookings are coordinated by the same dispatcher so they arrive together rather than in pieces.
Our own vehicles, and partners we vouch for
Up to 14 passengers the vehicle and the chauffeur are ours. Above that we use UTC-licensed partner operators, and we say so when you book rather than after.
Pick the occasion, we will size the rest
Six kinds of booking cover almost everything. Each has its own page with the timings, the costs and the parts people get wrong, because a prom night and a cruise transfer have almost nothing in common beyond the vehicle.
Weddings and bachelor parties
Bridal party vehicles, guest shuttles between hotel and venue, and the getaway car, built around your run sheet rather than a package menu. Four to six hours is typical, from $700.
See wedding transportProm and graduation
Booked and held by a parent, route agreed in advance, chauffeur stays with the vehicle, strict no-alcohol policy. About $60 a student on a full party bus. April and May go early.
See prom transportBirthdays and nights out
Milestone birthdays, bachelorettes, concerts and the Tacoma circuit. Several stops on one booking, the vehicle waiting between them, and door-to-door drop-offs at the end.
See nights outCasino runs and tasting tours
Eleven casinos within a day trip, the harbour taprooms, Olalla Vineyard, and the Kitsap and Tacoma brewery districts. Hourly, because the chauffeur waits at every stop. 21 and over.
See casino and tasting tripsCorporate and client travel
Executive transfers, client pickups with meet and greet at Sea-Tac, roadshow days and team events. Account billing, cost codes on the invoice and no surge pricing, ever.
See corporate serviceAirport and cruise transfers
Sea-Tac is 26 miles and 40 to 55 minutes from the harbour, from $125 one way. Quoted point to point rather than hourly, with flight tracking and 30 minutes free wait.
See airport transportWhere we run in the harbour
This is where the vehicles are based, so Gig Harbor bookings are the shortest legs on our board and the ones we know best. Downtown is tight for a thirty-foot vehicle on a Saturday afternoon, which is worth knowing before you plan a photo stop on Harborview Drive.
Downtown and the waterfront
The harbourHarborview Drive and the bay. Beautiful, narrow, and busy in summer, so drop points for larger vehicles are agreed with the venue rather than assumed on the day.

What is included, and the house rules
Most of the rules are Washington State law rather than company preference, and all of them are better said now than at the kerb.

House rules
Alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age in the limousines and party buses, subject to Washington State law and company policy. No open containers in the sedans or SUVs, which are not licensed for it. On any booking carrying passengers under 21, no alcohol at all, no exceptions.
Cannabis is not permitted in any vehicle, at any age. Consuming it in a vehicle is illegal in Washington regardless of who is driving. No smoking or vaping of any kind either.
Capacity is a legal limit, not a guideline. The chauffeur cannot take an extra passenger on the night because somebody's friend turned up.
A cleaning fee applies to spills and damage. Standard across the industry, rarely charged, and coolers help. The chauffeur can decline service to anyone clearly unwell or over-served.
How to book a limo or party bus
Four steps and about ten minutes. Call if you would rather talk it through, because sizing a vehicle to a group is quicker out loud than through a form.
Check the date first
Saturdays from June to September, prom season in April and May, and the whole of December are the tightest dates of our year. Send the date and a rough headcount before the group plans anything around a specific vehicle.
Size it by people and bags
Both numbers, not just the first. Ten people with ten cases is a Sprinter; ten people with a photographer is a stretch. If the group might grow, say so now and we will put you a class up.
Send the itinerary
Pickup address, every stop, the finish time and the drop-off list. That becomes the route the chauffeur drives, and it comes back to you in writing before the date.
Hold it with a deposit
A deposit secures the date and the vehicle at the quoted rate. Deposit and cancellation terms for your date are shown on the quote before you pay anything.

Limo and party bus questions
How much does it cost to rent a limo in Gig Harbor
Event work is priced by the hour with a minimum. A premium sedan is $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum, from $200. A Lincoln stretch limousine is $175 per hour with a four-hour minimum, from $700. A Cadillac stretch seating 16 is $225 per hour with a five-hour minimum, from $1,125. Peak dates carry higher rates and longer minimums. Airport and cruise transfers are quoted point to point instead, so a short run is not billed against a minimum.
How much is a party bus rental
A 20 to 30-passenger party bus is $300 to $350 per hour with a five-hour minimum, so from $1,500. On a full bus that works out around $60 a head, which is usually the number that decides whether a group commits. The Hummer stretch, seating 14 to 20, is often the better value at $200 to $250 per hour, from $1,000, or about $56 a head at 18 passengers.
What vehicles do you have
More than 25 vehicles across nine classes: premium sedan seating 2, luxury sedan seating 3, luxury SUV seating 6, Sprinter van seating 10, Lincoln and Chrysler stretch limousines seating 10, Hummer stretch seating 14 to 20, Cadillac stretch seating 16, and party buses seating 20 to 30. Vehicles up to 14 passengers are our own, owned and maintained by us. Larger vehicles are supplied through UTC-licensed partner operators we work with regularly. Photographs and full specifications are on the fleet page.
How many people fit in a stretch limo
The Lincoln and Chrysler stretches seat 10, the Cadillac seats 16 and the Hummer seats 14 to 20. Capacity is a legal limit rather than a guideline, so the chauffeur cannot take an eleventh passenger in a ten-seat vehicle on the night. Bear in mind that all of them carry about five cases at most: if your group has luggage, a Sprinter van seats the same ten with room for ten bags.
How many hours should I book
Count from the first pickup to the last drop-off, then add an hour. A wedding day at a single venue is four to five hours; a prom night from the photo house to the final drop-off is five to six; a night out with dinner and a show is five. Overrun is charged in 30-minute increments at your hourly rate, so a generous booking is normally cheaper than extending on the night. Send us the plan and we will tell you honestly what it needs.
Do you charge by the hour or by the trip
Both, depending on what the vehicle is doing. If the chauffeur waits with you, it is hourly with a minimum: weddings, proms, nights out, casino runs and tasting tours. If the vehicle drops and leaves, it is quoted point to point: airport transfers, cruise pier runs and client pickups. That is why a 45-minute run to Sea-Tac is $125 rather than two hours of a sedan's time.
Can we drink in the limo or party bus
Guests of legal drinking age may drink in the limousines and party buses, subject to Washington State law and company policy. Tell us at booking and glassware, coolers and ice are set up before you board. There are no open containers in the sedans or SUVs. On any booking carrying passengers under 21 there is no alcohol at all, with no exceptions. Cannabis is not permitted in any vehicle at any age, and there is no smoking or vaping.
How far in advance should I book
Depends on the date more than the vehicle. Six to twelve months for a summer Saturday wedding, two to four months for prom, six to eight weeks for December or New Year's Eve, and two to four weeks for a normal Friday or Saturday night. Midweek is often available at short notice. Airport transfers usually need 48 hours. Call 253-333-0265 even if your date is close, because cancellations come up.
Do you serve areas outside Gig Harbor
Yes, twenty communities across Pierce, Kitsap, Mason, Thurston and King County, including Fox Island, Purdy, the Key Peninsula, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Belfair, Tacoma, University Place, Lakewood, Puyallup, Federal Way, Olympia and Seattle. See the full coverage area.
Can we book more than one vehicle
Yes, and groups over about 30 always do. A common setup is a stretch limousine for the main party plus a Sprinter or party bus for everyone else, both on the same timeline and coordinated by the same dispatcher. Because one dispatcher coordinates the whole booking, multiple vehicles arrive together and stay in contact through the day.
Can we decorate the vehicle
Ribbons, magnetic signs and a floral arrangement on the rear parcel shelf are fine. Anything adhesive, anything that marks the paint, and anything thrown inside the vehicle is not, and confetti, rice and birdseed are not permitted in any vehicle. Bring the decoration and the chauffeur will fit it before the first pickup.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy
A deposit holds the date and the vehicle at your quoted rate, with the balance due before the event. The exact deposit amount and cancellation terms depend on the date, the vehicle and how far out you are booking, and both are shown on your quote before you pay anything. Airport transfers can generally be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
Check your date
Send the date, the headcount and roughly what the day looks like. We will come back with the right vehicle, an honest number of hours and a rate that is held once you book.
