Gig Harbor Limo runs door-to-door chauffeured transportation across Pierce and Kitsap counties. Airport and cruise transfers are quoted point to point as a single all-in fare; hourly charters start at $100 with a two-hour minimum. The Gig Harbor to Sea-Tac run is roughly 26 miles and 40 to 55 minutes, from $125 one way.

Book online, or call 253-333-0265 any hour. Airport transfers want 48 to 72 hours notice; weddings and proms want two to four weeks. Everything below expands on that.

01Booking and quotes

How do I book a limo or party bus in Gig Harbor

Three ways. Use the online booking form for an instant quote and immediate confirmation, call 253-333-0265 and a dispatcher will build the trip with you, or email info@gigharborlimo.com. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including overnight for pre-dawn airport departures.

Do you offer instant quotes

Yes. Enter your pickup address, drop-off address, date, time and group size and every available vehicle class prices for your exact route. The number shown includes the chauffeur, fuel, taxes and tolls. There is no callback required and no obligation to book.

Do I need an account to book

No. Guest checkout is available, so you can quote and reserve without creating anything. An account is useful if you book regularly, since it stores your addresses and payment method, but it is never required.

How far in advance should I book

Airport and cruise transfers: 48 to 72 hours. Corporate and point-to-point trips: 48 hours. Nights out and casino trips: one to two weeks for a weekend. Weddings and proms: two to four weeks, and earlier again in peak season between May and October. The larger vehicles and prom weekends fill first.

Can I book same day or last minute

Often, yes, depending on what is already dispatched. Same-day airport transfers are the most likely to be available; a party bus on a Saturday in May is the least. Call 253-333-0265 rather than using the form for anything inside 24 hours, since a dispatcher can see live availability.

What information do you need to quote my trip

Pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, passenger count and luggage count. For airport arrivals, the flight number as well, which is what lets dispatch track the aircraft rather than guess at a pickup slot. For hourly charters, a rough itinerary of stops helps us size the booking correctly.

How do I know my booking is confirmed

You receive an email and a text confirmation immediately with the full fare and trip details. Ahead of pickup you get a second message with your chauffeur's name and vehicle details. If you have not received the first confirmation within a few minutes, call us rather than rebooking.

Can I book multiple vehicles for one event

Yes, and we run them on a single coordinated schedule rather than as separate bookings. This is standard for weddings where the couple takes a sedan and the party takes a stretch, for large prom groups, and for conference shuttles. Call rather than booking online so the timings are linked.

02Airport and cruise transfers

Do you provide airport transportation from Gig Harbor to Sea-Tac

Yes, and it is the largest part of what we do. Roughly seven in ten of our bookings are airport or cruise transfers. We run door to door between Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Kitsap and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport 24 hours a day for solo travellers, families and groups.

How long does the Gig Harbor to Sea-Tac drive take

Roughly 26 miles and 40 to 55 minutes, depending on traffic across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Weekday mornings eastbound are the slowest window and your chauffeur builds in extra time for it. Fares start from $125 one way in a sedan.

Which airports do you serve

Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA) at 26 miles, Boeing Field (BFI), Paine Field in Everett (PAE) at 68 miles and roughly 90 to 120 minutes, and Tacoma Narrows Airport locally. Sea-Tac is by far the most common.

Do you handle cruise terminal transfers

Yes, to the Seattle cruise terminals at Bell Street Pier 66 and Smith Cove Pier 91, roughly 50 miles and 60 to 85 minutes from Gig Harbor, from $185 one way in a sedan. Note that the Port of Tacoma handles cargo only and has no passenger cruise terminal, so all regional sailings depart from Seattle.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at the airport

Standard pickup is curbside at the baggage claim door number, which is texted to you once your flight lands so you walk straight out to the vehicle. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add meet and greet when you book.

What is meet and greet and what does it cost

$50. Your chauffeur parks, comes inside to the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with bags and walks you out. It is worth it for first-time visitors, elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors and anyone landing internationally. Otherwise curbside is faster.

What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early

Nothing you need to do. We monitor your inbound flight from the moment it pushes back. If it lands 40 minutes early or sits on the tarmac for an hour, dispatch moves the pickup before you have cleared the jet bridge, and there is no charge for the change.

How much free wait time do I get

Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from the moment you land. Every other pickup includes 15 minutes. A slow bag carousel does not become a line on your invoice.

How early should I leave for a morning flight out of Sea-Tac

As a rule of thumb from Gig Harbor: two hours before a domestic departure plus the 40 to 55 minute drive, so a 6am flight means a pickup around 3:30am. Three hours for international. If you are travelling in peak summer or over a holiday weekend, add another 30 minutes. Dispatch will suggest a pickup time when you book if you give us the flight number.

Can you pick us up on the way back from a cruise

Yes. Return pickups are scheduled against your ship's arrival time rather than a fixed slot, since disembarkation rarely runs to the printed schedule. Give us the ship and the date and we will build in the right buffer.

03Pricing and payment

How much does it cost to rent a limo or party bus in Gig Harbor

Hourly rates start at $100 for the Premium Sedan and $125 for the Luxury Sedan, both with a two-hour minimum. The Luxury SUV is $150 and the Sprinter Van $175, both three hours minimum. Stretch limousines run $175 to $250 with four to five-hour minimums, and party buses are $300 to $350 with a five-hour minimum. Full detail is on the fleet page.

How much is a ride from Gig Harbor to Sea-Tac

From $125 one way in a sedan. Larger vehicles and pickups further out cost more, since fares are calculated on the actual route rather than a zone. The Seattle cruise terminals start at $185 and Paine Field at $260.

Is pricing hourly or per trip

Both, depending on the job. Airport and cruise transfers are quoted point to point as a single all-in fare, so a 45-minute Sea-Tac run is not billed against a two-hour minimum. Charters, weddings, proms and nights out are hourly with a minimum booking, because the vehicle is held for you between stops.

Do rates change on weekends, holidays or prom season

Yes. Published rates are standard pricing. Higher hourly rates and longer hour minimums apply on peak dates, including Friday and Saturday nights, prom season through April and May, New Year's Eve, major holidays and large event weekends. This is not a surge multiplier added after booking: your quote shows the exact rate and minimum for your date before you confirm, and the number is held once you book.

What is included in the price

Licensed chauffeur, fuel, taxes and tolls, door-to-door pickup with luggage assistance, complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi, a cleaned and sanitised interior, live flight tracking on airport arrivals, and the free wait time described above. Hourly charters include 25 miles per hour booked.

Are there hidden fees

No. Optional add-ons are priced openly and only charged when you select them: meet and greet $50, infant or toddler seat $25, booster seat $20, pet in a crate $30. Trips ending well outside the metro area may carry a return fee, which is itemised in your quote before you book rather than added afterwards.

{{OVERTIME_TERMS}} Tell your chauffeur as early in the night as you can, since availability depends on whether the vehicle is booked afterwards.

04Vehicles and capacity

What vehicles do you have

Nine classes across a 25-plus vehicle fleet: a Premium Sedan, a Mercedes S-Class Luxury Sedan, a Cadillac Escalade Luxury SUV, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van, Lincoln, Chrysler, Cadillac and Hummer stretch limousines, and party buses. Every rate, minimum and capacity is published on the fleet page.

How many passengers can your limos and party buses hold

From two in the Premium Sedan up to thirty in the largest party bus. The Luxury Sedan seats three, the Luxury SUV six, the Sprinter Van ten, the Lincoln and Chrysler stretches ten each, the Cadillac stretch sixteen, and the Hummer stretch fourteen to twenty.

Which vehicle should I book for an airport transfer

Size by luggage rather than by seats, which is the mistake we correct most often at booking. One or two travellers with carry-ons fit the Premium Sedan; three with checked bags want the Luxury Sedan; four to six with suitcases need the Luxury SUV; seven to ten with full luggage need the Sprinter Van.

How much luggage actually fits

The published bag counts are real limits, not estimates, and they are checked at pickup. Premium Sedan two bags, Luxury Sedan three, Luxury SUV six, Sprinter Van ten. Every stretch limousine carries five at most and the party bus two, which is why those are event vehicles rather than airport vehicles. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.

Why are the Hummer and party bus rates shown as a range

Both classes have more than one unit with different passenger configurations. The Hummer stretch is set up for either fourteen or twenty passengers, and party buses run from twenty to thirty seats. Your quote confirms the exact vehicle and rate before you book.

Are all your vehicles owned by you

Yes. Every vehicle is owned, insured and maintained in house and driven by our own chauffeurs. Nothing is brokered or subcontracted, so the class you reserve is the class that arrives. More on how we operate.

Can I see the exact vehicle before I book

The fleet page shows the vehicle class, and your confirmation names the specific unit assigned to your trip. If you are booking a wedding and want to view a vehicle in person beforehand, call and we will arrange it around the dispatch schedule.

05Coverage and pickups

What areas do you serve

Gig Harbor, Fox Island, Purdy, the Key Peninsula, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Belfair and Bainbridge Island, plus Tacoma, University Place, Lakewood, Puyallup, Federal Way, Olympia and Seattle. That spans Pierce, Kitsap, Mason, Thurston and King counties. Full detail on the coverage page.

Do you have an office or lot I can visit

No. We are a service-area business with no walk-in office, depot or lot. Every trip is door to door, with the chauffeur meeting you at your home, hotel, venue or terminal. Reservations are handled online, by phone or by email.

How is my fare calculated if I am not in Gig Harbor

On the actual route between your two addresses, not by zone. Two pickups in the same city can price differently if one is ten miles further out. The starting fares published across the site are measured from Gig Harbor; enter your own address for your number.

Will you travel outside your normal coverage area

Yes, regularly. We run past the core 50-mile radius for Paine Field, longer charters and out-of-region connections. Trips ending well outside the metro area may carry a return fee, shown in your quote before you book.

Can I have multiple pickup or drop-off stops

Yes. Multiple pickups within Gig Harbor, Tacoma and nearby South Sound communities are fine as long as they are in the reservation itinerary, which lets us build the route and the time properly. Adding unplanned stops on the night is at the chauffeur's discretion and may affect the hours booked.

Do you serve the ferry terminals

Yes: Bainbridge, Bremerton, Southworth and Point Defiance. For airport runs we can also route entirely by road around the sound when the ferry schedule does not line up with your flight, which is usually the safer option for an early departure.

06Weddings, proms and events

Do you offer wedding limo service

Yes. Full wedding day transportation across Gig Harbor and the South Sound: bridal party vehicles, ceremony arrival, guest shuttles between venues, reception transport and a getaway car. We coordinate against your run sheet, venue schedule and photography timings rather than a fixed pickup slot. Wedding limo details.

Can you transport our entire wedding party

Yes. Vehicles range from a sedan for the couple to a Cadillac stretch seating sixteen or a party bus seating up to thirty. For larger groups we run multiple vehicles on one coordinated timeline, and we hold vehicles between ceremony and reception so nobody is stranded at a venue waiting for a second run.

Do you do prom and school events

Yes, for Gig Harbor, Peninsula, Fox Island, Port Orchard and Tacoma area schools. Routes, stops, headcount and drop-off times are agreed with the booking parent in advance and do not change on the night. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the entire reservation. Prom limo details.

What are your safety policies for prom bookings

The itinerary is confirmed with the booking parent rather than the group, and the chauffeur remains on site for the whole reservation instead of dropping and leaving. Alcohol is never permitted for passengers under 21, with no exceptions and regardless of what the group asks for. The parent who books receives confirmation of stops and curfew before the night.

Can students bring food or non-alcoholic drinks

In most cases yes, provided items are approved at the time of booking and follow our cleanliness rules. Sealed non-alcoholic drinks and dry snacks are usually fine. Anything likely to stain upholstery is not, and a cleaning charge applies if it does.

Do you offer split pickups across multiple homes

Yes, within Gig Harbor, Tacoma and nearby South Sound communities, as long as every address is in the reservation itinerary. Give us the list when you book so the route and the hours are sized correctly.

Do you do casino trips and wine tours

Yes. Round trips to Emerald Queen and the vineyards and craft breweries of Gig Harbor, the Key Peninsula and the wider Pacific Northwest. Your chauffeur waits on site for the duration rather than dropping and leaving, so the group moves on one schedule and nobody has to drive. Day trip details.

07Onboard policies

Can we drink alcohol in the limo or party bus

For guests of legal drinking age, alcohol is typically allowed in our limousines and party buses, subject to Washington State law and company policy. It is never permitted for passengers under 21, including on prom and school event bookings. Tell us your plans when you book so we can confirm what applies to your reservation.

Can I bring children, and do you have car seats

Yes. Washington State law requires an appropriate child restraint for children under eight years old. We carry infant seats and toddler seats at $25 each and booster seats at $20, fitted by the chauffeur before pickup. Fees apply in each direction on round trips, so request them for both legs.

Can I bring a pet

Yes, in a crate or carrier, for $30, which covers the additional cleaning. Trained service animals travel free of charge under the ADA and need no advance notice, though telling us helps with vehicle selection.

Is smoking or vaping allowed

No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in every vehicle in the fleet, with no exceptions. Your chauffeur will stop where it is safe and legal if someone in the party needs a break.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged or needs extra cleaning

{{CLEANING_FEE}} The booking party is responsible for the conduct of the group, which is why prom bookings are confirmed with a parent rather than the students.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured

Yes. Every chauffeur holds a valid commercial licence in Washington, passes a background check and a driving record review, and is trained in defensive driving and hospitality before carrying a first passenger. The entire fleet is commercially insured and maintained on a scheduled inspection programme.

Can we play our own music

Yes. Every stretch limousine and party bus has an auxiliary or Bluetooth connection, and the sound and lighting are set up before you board. Volume is at the chauffeur's discretion where it would affect safe driving.

08Changes, cancellations and delays

What is your cancellation policy

Airport transfers and point-to-point trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Hourly charters, weddings, proms and specialty vehicles require seven days notice. Cancellations inside those windows may be non-refundable.

Can I change the date or time after booking

Usually yes, at no cost, subject to availability. Call rather than cancelling and rebooking, since moving an existing reservation keeps your vehicle and your rate. Changes inside the cancellation windows above are handled case by case.

What happens if my chauffeur is late

Chauffeurs are dispatched to arrive ahead of the scheduled time, not at it. If something does go wrong you will hear from dispatch before you notice, rather than after. Call 253-333-0265 at any hour and someone will tell you exactly where the vehicle is.

What if my flight is cancelled

Call dispatch as soon as you know. Because we track the flight, we usually see it first and will reach out. Airport pickups affected by a cancelled or diverted flight are rescheduled rather than charged, and we will rebook against your new arrival.

What happens in snow or bad weather

We operate in normal Puget Sound weather, and in snow or ice we build in extra time and may recommend an earlier pickup rather than cancelling. If conditions make a route genuinely unsafe, dispatch will call you to reroute or reschedule. Safety decisions sit with the chauffeur.
