The most common trips run east across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the Seattle cruise terminals, Boeing Field and Paine Field. Based in Gig Harbor, working outward
The Tacoma Narrows Bridge is the hinge of the whole operation. Everything west and north of it is home turf reached without a crossing; everything east of it means timing the bridge, which is the single biggest variable in a South Sound pickup.
Being on the peninsula side is an advantage for the airport lane. A Gig Harbor pickup for a 6am Sea-Tac departure crosses the Narrows before the eastbound backup builds, which is why our early-morning runs are more predictable than a Tacoma-based operator working the same corridor in the opposite direction.
It also means the Kitsap communities to the north, from Port Orchard up through Poulsbo and across to Bainbridge Island, sit inside our natural range rather than at the edge of someone else's. Those runs do not require a ferry or a Seattle crossing to reach us.

How a pickup works, wherever you are
Residential and hotel pickups
Your chauffeur arrives ahead of the scheduled time and comes to the door. All pickups outside the airport include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time, and luggage assistance is part of the fare rather than an add-on.
Airport arrivals
Standard pickup is curbside at the baggage claim door number, texted to you once your flight lands. Arrivals include 30 minutes of free wait time. Meet and greet inside the terminal with a name sign is a $50 add-on.
Venue and event pickups
For weddings, proms and group events we confirm the exact loading point with the venue in advance, which matters at waterfront sites where the nearest legal stopping point is not the front door.
Pricing by distance, not by zone
Fares are calculated on the actual route between your two addresses. Two pickups in the same city can price differently if one is ten miles further out, which is fairer than rounding everyone into a zone.
Trips beyond the core area
We regularly run past the 50-mile radius for Paine Field, Portland connections and longer charters. Trips ending well outside the metro area may carry a return fee, which is itemised in your quote before you book.

Fares are calculated on the actual route between your pickup and drop-off addresses rather than by zone, so a pickup ten miles further out prices accordingly. The published starting fares on this page are measured from Gig Harbor; enter your own address in the quote form for your exact number.
Do you serve Bainbridge Island and the ferry terminals
Yes. We pick up on Bainbridge Island and connect to the Bainbridge, Bremerton, Southworth and Point Defiance ferry terminals. For airport runs we can also route entirely by road around the sound when the ferry schedule does not line up with your flight, which is often the safer option for an early departure.
Will you travel outside your normal coverage area
Yes, regularly. We run past the core 50-mile radius for Paine Field, longer charters and out-of-region connections. Trips ending well outside the metro area may carry a return fee, which is shown in your quote before you book rather than added afterwards.
How long does it take to reach Sea-Tac from the peninsula
From Gig Harbor it is roughly 26 miles and 40 to 55 minutes depending on traffic across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. From Kitsap communities such as Port Orchard, Bremerton or Poulsbo the run is longer, and your chauffeur will build in extra time for the bridge on weekday mornings. Airport arrivals are tracked flight by flight, so an early landing or a delay moves the pickup automatically.
