Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of limousine, party bus, and transportation services (“Services”) provided by Gig Harbor Limo & Party Bus Service (“Gig Harbor Limo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not book or use our Services.

1. Reservations & Booking

1.  All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability at the time of booking.

2. Bookings may be made by phone, email, or through our online booking form.

3. A minimum hourly requirement applies to most reservations (typically a 2‑hour minimum; specific minimums vary by vehicle and service type).

4. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including date, time, pickup and drop‑off locations, number of passengers, and any special requirements.

2. Rates, Deposits & Payments

1. Rates are generally calculated based on vehicle type, hourly rate, minimum hours, distance, waiting time, and service type.

2. We may require a deposit or valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

3. The remaining balance is typically due prior to the start of service or immediately upon completion of the trip, depending on the agreed terms.

4. We accept common payment methods such as major credit/debit cards and other options disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Gratuity for the chauffeur may be included or added separately, as specified in your quote or confirmation.

6. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended time, tolls, parking, cleaning fees, or damage to the vehicle.

3. Cancellations & Changes

1. Cancellation policies may vary by service, date, and vehicle type, and will be provided at the time of booking.

2. In general, cancellations made within a certain period prior to the scheduled pickup time (for example, 24–72 hours) may incur a fee up to and including forfeiture of the deposit or full fare.

3. Changes to date, time, itinerary, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

4. Failure to be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time may be treated as a “no‑show” and may result in full charges.

4. Service Use & Passenger Conduct

1. The Client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the trip.

2. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

3. Underage drinking is not allowed under any circumstances.

4. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately, without refund, if passengers engage in illegal, dangerous, or abusive behavior, or if conditions in the vehicle are deemed unsafe.

5. Clients are responsible for any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by themselves or their party, including but not limited to spills, burns, tears, broken glass, or excessive cleaning required.

6. Seat belts must be used where provided and required by law.

5. Alcohol & Age Restrictions

1. Where permitted by law, alcoholic beverages may be consumed by passengers who are of legal drinking age.

2. For school events, prom, and other underage bookings, strict no‑alcohol policies apply and may be confirmed in writing with parents or guardians.

3. The chauffeur has the right to inspect and remove any alcohol being consumed by minors or in violation of law or our policies.

6. Vehicle Availability & Substitution

1. We strive to provide the specific vehicle type requested at the time of booking.

2. In the event of mechanical issues, unforeseen damage, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity and quality.

3. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, our liability will be limited to a refund of the amount paid for the affected portion of the service.

7. Delays, Traffic & Unforeseen Events

1. We make every reasonable effort to arrive at pickup locations and destinations on time, using efficient routing and local traffic knowledge.

2. However, Gig Harbor Limo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, construction, or law enforcement actions.

3. Clients are responsible for allowing sufficient time for travel, including to and from airports, cruise terminals, and events.

8. Airport & Flight Policies

1. For airport transfers, we may track flights as a courtesy to adjust pickup times for delays or early arrivals.

2. It is your responsibility to provide accurate flight details and update us promptly with any changes.

3. Waiting time policies (such as grace periods and hourly rates) may apply for extended delays, customs, baggage claims, or no‑show situations.

9. Personal Belongings

1. Clients are responsible for all personal belongings brought into the vehicle.

2. Gig Harbor Limo is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items left in the vehicle or at any locations during the trip.

3. If you believe you left an item in one of our vehicles, contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to locate it, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

10. Safety & Child Seats

1. Passenger safety is our priority. All passengers must follow chauffeur instructions related to safety and vehicle operation.

2. Where child seats or boosters are required by law, it is the Client’s responsibility to request them in advance or provide their own if permitted.

3. We may assist with installation of client‑provided seats where practical, but the final responsibility for proper installation remains with the Client.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gig Harbor Limo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including missed flights, lost reservations, lost profits, or business interruptions.

2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific reservation at issue.

3. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Communications

1. By booking with us, you consent to the use of your contact information for service‑related communication, including confirmations, updates, and schedule changes.

2. We may also contact you with follow‑up messages or offers related to our Services, which you can opt out of where applicable.

3. We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any person or group at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, suspected illegal activity, abusive behavior, or violations of these Terms, without refund.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Gig Harbor Limo may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
